ROLE
- Conduct visual, dimensional inspections of incoming materials – raw materials and finished products
- Perform functional tests to verify conformity to specifications
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality inspections
- Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Participate and / or lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to improve product quality and processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions
- Provide support during customer audits and inspections as needed.
- Provide quality training
- Move material between areas and inside warehouse with pallet truck
