Quality Manager (m / w / d)

This role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of quality excellence within mechanical manufacturing, work closely with experienced interdisciplinary teams, and actively shape the future of high-performance production.

Job responsibilities :

• Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying weaknesses, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions
• Reduce quality and scrap costs through structured, data-driven process optimization
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards, while supporting efficient and productive manufacturing
• Continuously develop and improve the quality management system within mechanical manufacturing
• Support the design of efficient inspection and measurement processes that ensure high quality at high productivity
• Plan and conduct internal audits and follow up on improvement actions
• Take ownership of internal and external complaints, defining sustainable corrective measures and ensuring their effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with production, development, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders
• Support FMEA, SPC, and process capability analyses (CPK, PPK) and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote clean, structured, and efficient workplaces through 5S
• Contribute to investment and optimization projects aimed at increasing productivity and quality
• With interest and suitability, you may also take on technical leadership responsibility within the quality organization
