Education and Certification
Required : University degree in information technology or related
Desirable : ERP HCM & / or FSCM related certification
Skills Set Required :
- Extensive technical knowledge working with ERP HCM and FSCM modules and their integration with third party systems using web services.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
Desirable :
Good knowledge of ERP Tools, ERP databases, SQL and Oracle BIP.Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Customer service skills an asset.Ability to concurrently manage multiple technical projects for different clients.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute technical tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucialExperience Required : At least ten years of significant professional technical experience, which includes several or all of the following areas :
Technical project analysis and specification.Technical software development and deployment.User acceptance testing & facilitation.Technical software maintenance.Technical documentation.End user trainingAt least ten years extensive technical experience working with ERP FSCM & HCM modules :
HR, Payroll, Travel & Meeting Management, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Commitment and their integration with third party applications using web services.
Desirable : Experience within an international organization
