You will be part of our Private Bank Global Quality Governance Oversight organization which consists of three teams supporting Credit Middle Office organization : the Quality Control team implements effective compensating controls for high-risk manual processes, the Change governance team provides critical support to reduce risk, increase efficiency and enable strong audit performance. The Business oversight team executes and refines existing Credit Middle Office (CMO) management & risk metric reporting, system access controls, assist with various financial regulatory reports, policies and procedures.

As a Credit Operation Quality Control Specialist within our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for day-to-day Credit documentation quality review, facilitating cross functional meetings, providing guidance and consultation to data owners, and working collaboratively with stakeholders and management to ensure quality performance is monitored, communicated and implemented in accordance with firm policies and standard operating procedures.

You have a proven track record of positive collaboration on complex topics, operational excellence, and efficiency with a high level of exposure within our line of business. You possess as well, experience  in engaging with key stakeholders to develop, prioritize and execute the product roadmap to meet business objectives.

Job responsibilities :

• Audits and performs Quality Review of : Credit documentation, Collateral and Covenant Set up as well as Line facilitation set up and maintenance.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and development of the quality program and engineer process changes;
• Provides general assistance and subject matter expertise to data owners and approvers;
• Understands and interprets firm policies and compliance requirements for incorporation into quality control policies and procedures
• Participates in stakeholder meetings to meet deadlines and / or resolve problems at peer level;
• Maintains a controls mind-set, able to challenge the status quo and identify process efficiencies
• Assists with process transfers, partner communications, maintains of quality agreements and additional responsibilities assigned by management
