Enchant.Culinary Ambassador in Préverenges and Bern 70–80% (m / f / d)In this exciting role, you will design and host our culinary events, courses, and within the Taste Galleries in Préverenges and Bern in a professional manner. You will enchant our customers with our high-end products, create refined culinary dishes, and advise them with expertise and attention to detail. You will work autonomously, actively support the sales team, and help retain our customers during daytime, evening, and weekend events.Tasks and Responsibilities- Strengthen our motivated team in Swiss Romande and Bern, at the Préverenges and Bern locations, for various missions in specialized consulting : - Organize and host culinary events and cooking courses in the Taste Galleries (showrooms), as well as during exhibitions and fairs.- Present our high-end products professionally and masterfully.- Create refined culinary dishes and offer personalized customer advice based on solid expertise.- Prepare events autonomously, as well as follow up with customers with energy and commitment, whether it be during the day, in the evening, or on the weekend.- Effectively support the sales team and enhance customer loyalty during events.- Provide technical advice and personalized assistance on appliances during interactive sessions.- Promote the customer experience through engaging and interactive sessions, highlighting our expertise.An exciting position at the Swiss leader in household appliances, with an indefinite term and good working conditions in a well-established and highly motivated team.
