Overview We are looking to appoint a German and English Speaking Cost Controller to join PM Group, Working within a truly multi-disciplined environment. This role will support an exciting and important pharmaceutical project based in Switzerland. This is a temporary, site based contract. Responsibilities Cost Reporting of capital expenditure projects (equipment & construction) including PM Group fees and sub-consultants Management of our PM Group Man-hour Control and Productivity Measurement procedures and tools and associated deliverables Processing Contractor, Vendor and Sub-consultant invoices and payments for multiple Projects Receive, sort and reconcile invoices and supporting documentation against purchase order terms and conditions, payment milestones and goods receipt notifications Distribute and track invoices to various Project owners / leads across multiple projects for approval Perform Supplier account reconciliations and work with Purchasing Team and Suppliers to resolve any issues Responds to and resolve enquiries from Suppliers, Procurement, and Finance departments in a professional and timely manner Preparation of monthly statements and reconciliation of accounts for month end Reporting Take ownership of designated tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the Purchasing or Project Controls department of an Engineering, Client, Supplier or Contractor organisation Fluent German and English Language Ability to regularly interact with staff, management and clients to provide or obtain related information Proficient with Microsoft Excel Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and confidentiality An organised self-starter who is attentive to detail and able to work independently Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks, likely with competing priorities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team environment Able to maintain a professional demeanour in challenging situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills D&I Inclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
