Promotion Assistant at 80 - 100% (CDM X As a Promotion Assistant, you will actively contribute to promoting the missions of the institution and its insurance covers, and your main role will be to ensure active prospecting among our clientele, particularly by phone, in order to set up visits for advisers. You will also be responsible for customer visits and the associated follow-up (updating data, coordinating with advisers, CRM). In all your activities, you commit to respecting and conveying the values of the institution : a sense of public service, responsibility and ethics, team spirit, openness to change, and sustainability. Your profile? You hold a CFC in sales, commerce, or insurance; having an AFA is an asset. You have experience in insurance advice and / or tele-prospecting, you master French perfectly and are comfortable with common office tools as well as specific tools such as CRM X. Additional language skills are appreciated. You have excellent advisory and sales skills; you can analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
