Schedule : Rotative shifts, Monday to Saturday, 08 : 00–20 : 00

Job Description :

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team in Santos (Lisbon). The role involves providing customer support.

Requirements :

Dutch (fluent / native level)

English at least B2 level

Good communication skills

Availability to work rotating shifts

Salary & Benefits :

Base salary : €1,400 gross (no experience required)

Possible signing bonus up to €2,500 (gross)

Full-time contract

Paid training

Relocation Package (if applicable) :

Support with NIF and NISS

Assistance in finding accommodation

Relocation bonus : €2,500 gross (paid with first payroll)

€1,500 gross for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km+ from Lisbon)
