IT Services Supporter

In this varied position you will be responsible for the ongoing and successful operation of the IT infrastructure of all company divisions at our headquarters in Kreuzlingen. In doing so, you will carry out the new installations of servers and client systems and be responsible for the smooth rollout of software solutions. Furthermore, you will independently support users within the scope of first-level support and also act in second-level support. The support in the commissioning of new external locations as well as the close cooperation with the other IT Services Supporters rounds off your exciting job profile. Required experience and skills:

• a successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist with a specialization in system integration or as a computer scientist
• relevant professional experience in IT support/administration
• profound knowledge of Microsoft AD, Microsoft Exchange, LAN/WAN technology, software packaging and rollout
• solid knowledge of Mac (operating system, Apple Apps, Office, etc.)
• willingness to travel
• good command of written and spoken English
• structured and goal-oriented work
• flexibility and reliability
