- Aggressively pursue and uncover all optical tracking opportunities within CAS / RAS markets
- Consistently exceed sales quotas for assigned products and services
- Maintain meticulous CRM records, updating weekly
- Analyze the competitive landscape to increase win rates strategically
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure custom development feasibility
- Master product demonstrations, including complex Software / SDK explanations
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships
- Negotiate and secure supply agreements with recurring customers
- Represent Atracsys at industry fairs and events
- market research & pioneer new sales channelsfor market expansion
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Engineering, STEM, or Computer Science degree5 years of proven sales success, preferably in MedTechDeep expertise in Medical Devices and CAS / RASExceptional stakeholder management abilitiesConsistent record of surpassing sales targetsWillingness to travel internationally (10-20 trips annually)Sharp business acumen with strong digital marketing instinctsAmbitious self-starter with a proven track record of achievementAbility to forge strong relationships in an international teamFluency in English and French, with high-level communication skillsWe offer :
