Key Responsibilities :

  • Aggressively pursue and uncover all optical tracking opportunities within CAS / RAS markets
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas for assigned products and services
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records, updating weekly
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to increase win rates strategically
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure custom development feasibility
  • Master product demonstrations, including complex Software / SDK explanations
  • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships
  • Negotiate and secure supply agreements with recurring customers
  • Represent Atracsys at industry fairs and events
  • market research & pioneer new sales channelsfor market expansion

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Engineering, STEM, or Computer Science degree
  • 5 years of proven sales success, preferably in MedTech
  • Deep expertise in Medical Devices and CAS / RAS
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
  • Consistent record of surpassing sales targets
  • Willingness to travel internationally (10-20 trips annually)
  • Sharp business acumen with strong digital marketing instincts
  • Ambitious self-starter with a proven track record of achievement
  • Ability to forge strong relationships in an international team
  • Fluency in English and French, with high-level communication skills
