We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Head of Supply to lead and optimize the supply chain operations for our brands. This role is integral in driving efficiency across the supply chain, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products from production to market. As the Head of Supply, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategies that enhance logistics, inventory management, and supplier collaboration, while leading a high-performing team across Switzerland and Asia. Tasks Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team in Switzerland and Asia, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and growth opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the supply chain team. Supply Chain Strategy Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and brand needs. Collaborate with key departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure supply chain goals align with organizational objectives. Logistics & Delivery Optimization Organize and optimize delivery logistics from outsourced production facilities to distributors and central warehouses in the US and EU. Establish and manage delivery schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory needs, and production reports. Participate in developing global transport strategies for sea, air, and express shipments, ensuring their consistent application and effective communication worldwide. Third-Party Collaboration & Procurement Coordinate workload and priorities with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with procurement to implement process improvements, best practices, and stronger partnerships with suppliers and 3PLs. Inventory Management & Accuracy Monitor and improve inventory accuracy through robust control processes, including : annual audits, weekly reconciliations and return procedures Implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and maintain inventory accuracy. ERP & Data Analytics Serve as an ERP key user, ensuring automation, process improvements, and 3PL integration positively impact global supply chain operations. Leverage data analytics and KPI dashboards for performance analysis, decision-making, and process optimization. Customs, Finance, & Compliance Work closely with the Finance team to navigate taxes, customs regulations, and triangular operations within Europe. Requirements Proven experience : 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations management within a global organization, preferably in the footwear, apparel, or action sports industry. Leadership and Communication : Strong communication, training, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments. Transport Management : Expertise in managing transport logistics across Air, Sea, and Express shipments. Procurement & 3PL Expertise : Extensive experience in procurement and third-party logistics (3PL) management. ERP & Software Skills : Advanced knowledge as a key user of supply chain management software and ERP systems, with a proven track record of process improvement and automation. Languages : Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages such as German are a plus. Analytical Skills : Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage data and tools (e.g., Excel) to derive insights, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
