Senior Relationship Manager

On behalf of an External Asset Manager (EAM) backed by a leading international banking group, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial professional with a strong network who is eager to join an agile and ambitious organization.

This position is designed for a private banker looking to operate in an independent environmen while benefiting from the stability and reputation of a major group.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in private banking or within a recognized External Asset Manager
• Proven ability to transfer a portfolio of at least CHF 30 million in assets under management
• Demonstrated track record of business development and building long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients
• Possibility to onboard clients starting from CHF 1 million
• Flexible collaboration options: either as an Introducer (50% revenue split) or fully integrated as a salaried RM
• Modern, centrally located offices in the heart of Geneva
• Small team with Assistant
