Project Manager – Biotech Environment

Responsibilities

:

• Manage technical and industrial projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, QC, Supply Chain, .

• Monitor and control project progress (budget, planning, risk management, documentation, .

• Ensure compliance with applicable GMP and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Act as point of contact between stakeholders and technical experts, facilitating efficient communication and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, industrial, or equivalent).

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technical projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.

• Solid understanding of GMP regulations and project documentation requirements.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

• Experience in working with external partners, suppliers, and subcontractors is a plus.

• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, is an asset.
