Job description
- Conception, development, maintenance, evolution, testing, and documentation of the next generation software solutions
- That software supports business of the major sport events like Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games or World Cups
- Ensure the highest quality and reliability of the software you produce
- Managing the high level specifications and best practices for the team
- Mentor and coach developers through proactively looking for opportunities to increase their skills, as well as act as a technical leader within the team
- Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to) to ensure engineering maturity and quality control
- Further : to lead and push a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, while creating a safe place for developers to experiment with radical and high risk changes
