About the role - summary In this role you will have the opportunity to delve into the different areas covered by the Media Relations & Corporate Reporting team, from dealing with press enquiries to promoting Swiss Re's thought leadership through effective media relations work to organizing media events. You will need to use good judgement, strong storytelling and writing skills. A good understanding of the re / insurance industry would be a strong plus. This is a fixed-term contract role until the end of January 2026. About the role - tasks As a member of Swiss Re's Media Relations and Corporate Reporting team you will : Develop communications materials, such as news releases, scripts, holding statements, positioning Swiss Re’s key messages and topics Prepare interview briefings and accompany media interviews Handle media enquiries and serve as a media spokesperson Prepare communications materials for media events Contribute to media monitoring and share relevant coverage with internal stakeholders Support team members with media relations and corporate reporting activities as needed About the team You will join a very professional and highly motivated global Communications Community that is committed to delivering impact and driving differentiation for the Swiss Re Group.
