Your main tasks
- Identify potential growth areas for Ypsomed Delivery Systems, contributing to the company's forward-thinking initiatives
- Lead evidence-based financial analyses of drug delivery devices under development to determine the financial impact of proposed initiatives through commercial viability assessments
- Gather inputs from cross-functional teams to develop and recommend device portfolio strategy, ensuring our future offerings align with market needs / preferences and business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of our existing and under development device portfolio, build bridges across product categories and sales to ensure cohesive portfolio development
- Facilitate regular portfolio review meetings with senior management to discuss strategic direction and ensure alignment with overall business strategy and goals
- Support cross-functional innovation teams with market segmentation, targeting, and product (re)positioning of existing and future medical device portfolio
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned with portfolio decisions
- Represent the company by actively participating in relevant trade fairs and networking with customers and partners across the pharmaceutical supply chain
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience, ideally in strategy consultancy or internal strategy / innovation / marketing teamsStrategic thinking capabilities to translate insights into actionable plansStrong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and making strategic recommendationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior managementResilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple competing projectsFluency in written and spoken EnglishYour benefits
