• Advise clients on regulatory requirements, financial market licenses, and interactions with supervisory authorities
• Support regulated entities in navigating complex regulatory challenges such as enforcement, bankruptcy, and resolution
• Develop and implement governance structures
• Review AML and compliance risk frameworks in line with evolving regulatory standards
• Support and manage regulatory-driven projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while providing strategic guidance to clients

Who We Are Looking For

• University degree in law; additional certifications (e.g. post-graduate studies) are a plus
• Experience in financial regulation, governance, and compliance, with project management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in advising client representatives
• Fluency in German (native preferred) and very good knowledge of English; additional knowledge of French, Italian or other languages are a plus
