Job Description

• Create and update customer accounts and price lists ensuring accuracy and consistency according to established checklists
• Manage the creation and updating of surgeon profiles in the system
• Review, manage, and archive contracts, ensuring proper follow-up and compliance with organizational procedures.
• Review, manage, and archive Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) documents, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare for and support audits, ensuring all relevant documentation and processes meet audit standards.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting for Customer Service, STAAR Management and Sales
• Provide on-demand backup support for Customer Service Representatives
