TAB Head - CorelabWith its sites in Avenches, Bern, Fribourg, Geneva, Zurich, and Lugano, LabPoint Médicaux SA offers unique expertise in the field of medicine and, due to internal mobility, we are looking for a TAB Head - Corelab (80 - 100%).Your mission : As a TAB team leader, you will assume technical and managerial responsibilities. You will lead and support the team in several specialized areas, ensure the quality and reliability of diagnostics, and actively contribute to the smooth and continuous operation of tasks.Responsibilities include the following specialized areas : clinical chemistry, hemostasis, as well as urine and gas analysis directly in collaboration with the FAMH representatives in the areas of analysis. You will supervise internal and external quality control, ensuring that standards meet the highest requirements.You will manage the team with a constant focus on process efficiency and the overall well-being of team members, ensuring optimal workflow for routine tasks as well as late, weekend, and holiday services. Contribute to the maintenance of devices and the introduction of new tests to keep the lab at the forefront of technology and assist in training new team members.Profile : You hold a degree as a biomedical analyst or an equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience. Bilingualism in French and German is an essential priority, along with a passion for teamwork and strong problem-solving skills, all while maintaining a focus on quality management.
