Our esteemed colleague is retiring and for this reason we are looking for reinforcement in our international team as

Global Sales Assistant (100%) (f / m / d)

Your daily contribution :

• Accurate reporting of monthly global order intake and support with quarterly forecasting
• Creation and maintenance of process documents workflows charts instructions training materials and other required supporting documentation
• Preparation of reports / evaluations using different IT tools
• Processing of data in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP
• Processing of global pre-qualification documents as a supplier of reciprocating compressors
• Processing of order documents for upload into SAP and transfer of orders to the project management department
• Responsibility for organization and preparation of customer visits and internal events
• Assisting in preparation of agreements and contracts by following internal regulations
• Continues support of global Sales Team during pre-order as well as Project Managers during the order execution phase
