Sous Chef

We are currently recruiting an experienced and professional chef looking to take on a Sous Chef role at 67 Pall Mall Verbier. 67 Pall Mall Verbier is a private member club, casual fine-dining restaurant located in Verbier in the Swiss Alps.

• Experience in a fine-dining establishment and / or busy quality restaurant.
• Passion for new, exciting ingredients, flavour’s and combinations and working with seasonal and local produce
• Motivated, productive, hands-on, hard working
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
