ERP Community of Practice Finance Lead (w/m/x) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM-Switzerland

Your Mission

Would you like to further expand your consulting skills and take the next step into a more advanced role?
This position offers you the opportunity not only to contribute as an experienced Finance ERP Consultant in project environments, but also to take on additional responsibility as the Community of Practice (CoP) Lead for the Finance ERP Community in ASG (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

You will work in interdisciplinary project teams and support our clients in turning the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM into a success story. Our projects are diverse and involve clients from various industries. You will collaborate with project teams and experts from different areas to define end-to-end processes and provide services based on solid technical and functional expertise in Finance and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.

Using established methodologies, you ensure transparent representation of processes, tasks, and structures throughout the project lifecycle. You stay up to date by continuously developing your skills, delivering new projects, and working in an international environment with diverse growth opportunities. Your goal is to create sustainable solutions and design efficient ERP implementations in the finance domain.

In addition to your role as an ERP Finance Consultant, you will take on a central responsibility as the CoP Lead for the Finance ERP Community in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What to Expect

• Strategic Direction & Leadership
Help shape and drive the strategic direction of the ASG ERP Practice with a focus on Finance. You will participate in cross-functional leadership meetings and play a key role in developing the ERP ASG Practice as part of the extended ASG ERP Leadership Team. You will actively contribute to the future of Microsoft’s largest Dynamics partner and gain access to our global teams and extensive global knowledge network.

• Professional Development
You will support the professional development of around 30 experts within the Finance Community across different experience levels. You will foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and skill development to sustainably strengthen quality and excellence in our projects.

• Project Work, Project Management & Support
You will define and implement integrated ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including comprehensive process consulting for ERP implementations in the finance domain. You will develop solution concepts in close collaboration with clients and coordinate with additional workstreams.
You will support project management in planning, controlling, and reporting and take on support tasks in customer service and presales projects. Your responsibilities also include planning, organizing, and delivering user trainings for process definition as well as coordinating and executing testing and training activities.
