THE ROLE :
As Aviation Managing Consultant, you will lead permanent recruitment activities across the Swiss and European aviation markets. You will focus on developing new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end recruitment experience.
You will work with aviation executives, technical specialists, flight crew, and other industry professionals, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES :
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Proactively develop new clients across Switzerland and Europe within the aviation sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation stakeholders, hiring managers, and decision-makers
- Identify new recruitment opportunities through candidate networking and market intelligence
- Deliver consultative advice on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarking, and market trends
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand your professional network
Permanent Recruitment Delivery
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, shortlisting, offer management, and onboardingProduce high-quality candidate presentations and recruitment documentationManage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining service excellenceEnsure consistent, professional communication with clients and candidatesMaintain accurate records in line with compliance and internal systemsCompliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure recruitment processes comply with Swiss and European employment regulationsContribute to process optimisation and quality improvement initiativesCollaborate with internal departments including Quality and Corporate ServicesSupport wider recruitment projects based on business needsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Experience
Proven experience in permanent recruitment (aviation sector highly desirable)Demonstrated success in a target-driven or sales-focused environmentExperience managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneouslySkills
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to produce professional candidate submissions and business communicationsHighly organised with strong prioritisation skillsCommercially aware with a consultative mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of Swiss and / or European employment regulations (advantageous)Languages
Fluent English (written and spoken)German, French and / or Spanish highly desirableWHO YOU ARE :
