Shape the future with us and strengthen our product development team : About the role As an AI Engineer' you have the opportunity to co-create a new AI platform for the financial world from the ground up - from the initial idea to productive deployment. You will work on projects that have a direct impact on financial institutions and their customers. Your Responsibilities - Take responsibility for the solution design' development' and rollout of our new AI platform - Identify new use cases and translate them into concrete' AI-driven solutions - Develop and test prototypes to validate ideas early on with customers and stakeholders - Evaluate new technologies in terms of feasibility' maturity' and business value - and derive architectural and tooling decisions from them - Promote data-driven thinking and act as a driving force for AI innovation within the company Your Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science' Engineering' or a related field - Experience in building at least one market-relevant product or feature based on LLMs (e.g.' GPT' Claude' Mistral) - Very strong Python skills' especially in the context of LLM applications - Hands-on experience with embedding models' vector databases' and RAG architectures - Enjoyment of iterative work' continuous learning' and experimentation - Experience working in interdisciplinary teams with Product Owners and Software Engineers - Industry knowledge in banking and an affinity for DevOps are a big plus - Fluent English' German is a big plus Your Advantages You give your best - and we make sure you feel well supported and valued while doing so.
