• Provide support and mentorship to other developers
• Analyze maintain and improve the Symfony-based backend and React-based frontend
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement forward-thinking optimizations.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table influencing both technology choices and development practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our software development processes
