  • You independently manage the entire accounts receivable and accounts payable,
  • Preparation of VAT statements
  • Participation in the management of human resources, creating employment contracts, job references and link to social security
  • Support in organizational and administrative matters related to staff recruitment
  • Telephone service (D / E)
  • Electronic correspondence (D / E)
  • Processing of letter and parcel post (incoming and outgoing)
  • Ordering office supplies and cafeteria supplies
  • Management of secretarial filing
  • Management of the owner's private office
  • Assistance with patent and trademark administration Requirements Your profile :
  • You have completed commercial vocational training and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • You are able to organize your work area independently, think in a process-oriented manner and work in a concentrated and well-structured manner, even under high pressure
  • In addition to German as your mother tongue, you are fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and an affinity with ERP systems are prerequisites for this position
  • You are an extremely service-oriented, courteous and engaging personality for whom loyalty and integrity are a matter of course
