Property Accountant m/f

Our client is active in the real estate sector in the Lausanne region. Now recruiting for a property accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Independently managing full-cycle property accounting, including closing procedures
• Accounting for mandate entries and exits
• Preparing specific reporting for clients
• Collaborating with and assisting property managers

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar fields
• Proficient writing skills in French; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to work autonomously
