• Taking over holistic and needs-oriented care for patients with different complex clinical pictures
• Recognizing the needs of patients and their relatives
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration in a committed team
• Working according to the lean concept including the KAIZEN method

Your profile

• Completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF or BCs
• Independent responsible and resilient personality
• Positive attitude and joy in work
• Openness to new challenges
• As a team player you value interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional groups involved in the treatment
• Returnees and nursing staff with a knowledge backpack from long-term care who have a high level of self-learning skills are also welcome
