ERP Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own ERP processes and master-data governance : define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, and internal standards.
• Act as ERP expert : configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracy.
• Manage master-data lifecycle across ERP / CRM (suppliers, customers, materials) : creation, updates, validation, and system transfers.
• Optimize cross-functional workflows (manufacturing, finance, logistics, sales) for efficiency and traceability.
• Lead data-driven projects (migrations, integrations, automation) ensuring regulatory and business requirements.
• Ensure accurate data flow between functions and systems; collaborate with sourcing, regulatory, quality, and finance.
• Serve as central contact for ERP and master-data topics; provide KPIs and actionable insights to management.
