Job Description :

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Data Product Manager as part of our Data Strategy and Operations team.

As part of our growing IMSC Data Strategy and operations team you will beresponsible for defining building and managing data products acting as a bridge between data teams and other stakeholders. These Data Products are in line with our overall IMSC Data strategy aimed at simplifying the existing data landscape building foundational data capabilities and driving value for business. You will ensure that these programs follow product management standards fully governed and result in success indriving business value through data capabilities that support analytics decision-making and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders data engineers business process owners and digital product teams to ensure the programs are designed with business value at their core are accurately documented and meet the highest standards. You will also work with executive leaders to shape and transform the overall journey.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead programs advancing data modernization (Data Marketplace unified Product Master and AI readiness across the IMSC).

Own innovation product roadmaps for data platform and enablement initiatives .

Partner with other IMSC workstream leads & J&J IT to deliver scalable innovation-ready data solutions.

Drive adoption and change management to accelerate use of modern platforms.

Champion new initiatives to transform IMSC data ecosystem identifying opportunities to eliminate redundancy and optimize operations.

Advance the strategic vision and adoption for Data ecosystem innovations in alignment with IMSC objectives.

Establish governance standards and executive reporting ensuring transparency accountability and consistent delivery across initiatives.

Partner cross-functionally with IT Data Governance and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration communication and delivery of program outcomes.

Qualifications - External

Education :

A bachelors or higher degree is required

Focused degree in Supply Chain Data Analytics or related field is preferred

Experience and Skills :

Required :

Minimum 67 years of progressive experience inprogram or project management with demonstrated success in leading large-scaledata and technology transformationinitiatives.

Strongproduct ownership and roadmap managementcapabilities includingbacklog management user story mapping and release governance ensuring alignment between business outcomes and technical delivery.

Proven expertise inAgile Scrum and scaled agile delivery models with the ability to foster collaboration and accountability across cross functional teams.

Demonstrateddepth in data management principles includingdata governance data quality and metadata management along with deep familiarity with master and reference data practices.

Experienceintegrating data products across multiple supply chain systems and platforms ensuring consistent data quality and interoperability.

Strong understanding ofend-to-end supply chain processes operational dependencies and data requirements.

Proven record of managingdata asset lifecycle management initiatives to enable consistent governance and adoption

Ability to balancestrategic thinking with hands-on delivery management ensuring initiatives remain both visionary and execution focused.

Exceptionalstakeholder management and executive communications skills with an ability to translate complex technical and process concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Preferred :

Experience inglobal or matrixed organizationsmanaging enterprise-level data initiatives.

Exposure tochange management and adoption programswithin digital or data transformation contexts.

Background in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare life-sciences pharmaceuticals)

Ability to align data initiatives with organizational goals and drive data driven decision making

Ability to adapt to changing business needs and emerging technologies in the data landscape

Demonstrates analytics skills and strategic thinking

Other :
