Visitor Tour Guide and Campus councellor

On-Call contract (Equivalent to a 10% to 20% work rate)

GIHE Campuses (Glion & Bulle), Switzerland

  • service to our potential students. You have a degree or work experience in tourism, service industry or guest & public relations in an international working environment. Having some experience in Education is a clear advantage. You speak fluently French and English, fluency in any other language is an asset. You have a driving license. You have a valid Swiss work permit.

Do you recognize yourself in this description? If so, we are interested in your profile as we are looking for a  Visitor Tour Guide and Campus Counsellor  whose main missions will be :

  • To conduct GIHE (Glion Institute of Higher Education) campuses visits that were requested, confirmed and organized by the enrolment, marketing or campus teams.
  • To provide candidates (potential future students) and their relatives with various information about the school, application procedures, programs, transfer options and life on our campuses.
  • To pick up visitors at designated locations as required.
  • After each enrollment related visit, to send a complete report to the stakeholders who requested the visit.
  • To participate specific events as requested by the Events team.
  • To attend refresh training courses / meetings when required.
