Your Profile Benefitting from solid banking training (university, higher education, or vocational training), ideally complemented by a CAS in SME financing, you have proven experience in commercial financing (SMEs) and are able to identify and prospect new clients through your entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of the Neuchâtel socio-economic environment. You possess strong communication skills and a developed sense of responsibility. You are a positive person who attaches great importance to teamwork. Fluent in French, you also have good knowledge of English (B2) and German (B2).
