Coordinate ordinary, tax, and insurance audits. /li libBusiness Plan Strategic Modeling: /b Take full ownership of the multi‑year business plan and a robust, data‑backed financial model. /li /ul pbTreasury, Risk, Controlling /b /p ul libLiquidity FX Management: /b Secure cash flow through the active management of credit lines, data‑driven liquidity and currency forecasting and executing of an FX hedging strategy. /li libRisk Management: /b Proactively manage business risks (insurances) and financial risks, particularly those tied to counterparties, volatile commodity and currency markets. /li libControlling: /b Own the Company KPI dashboards to connect the relevant success drivers within Algrano and ensure profitability assurance through rigorous margin analysis and cost control. /li /ul pbLeadership Growth /b /p ul libTeam Leadership: /b Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated finance team of 3 professionals focused on accounting and reporting. /li libScale Through Tech: /b Bring Algrano’s financial processes to the next level by identifying and implementing technologies that automate day‑to‑day operations and scale the finance team’s capacity. /li libStakeholder Management: /b Support business growth by cultivating strong relationships with lenders, investors, auditors, government bodies, and partner companies. Position the company optimally for advanced investor scrutiny, future strategic milestones, and capital structure transitions. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pbExperience Hard Skills /b /p ul libProven Finance Leadership: /b Serious experience in a CFO office, ideally within an import/export or commodity trading environment, proficient in US and CH accounting standards. /li libGlobal Complexity: /b Deep exposure to complex company structures, multi‑currency environments, and varying tax jurisdictions (specifically EU USA). /li libTreasury Derivatives: /b Hands‑on experience with financial derivatives, currency hedging, and commodity market mechanisms. /li libData Affinity: /b Love for numbers and solid data analytics background. /li libEducation: /b You are a chartered accountant or hold a university degree in Corporate Finance. /li libLanguage Location: /b Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
