The team also manages risks arising from interactions with regulators and supervisors, ensuring constructive relationships while protecting the organization's interests. /p pbAbout You /b /p pYou are a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Your diplomatic approach combined with regulatory expertise enables you to navigate complex stakeholder relationships effectively. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can translate regulatory complexities into clear business implications. /p pbWe are looking for candidates who meet these requirements: /b /p ul liSolid understanding of reinsurance regulatory environment with specific focus on Switzerland /li liProven track record of influencing regulators and supervisors on complex matters /li liExcellent organizational, managerial and communication skills /li liStrong command of German and English languages /li liMinimum 10 years work experience in insurance or reinsurance regulatory roles /li /ul pbThese are additional nice to haves: /b /p ul liAdvanced degree in law, finance, risk management, or related field /li liBackground in insurance or reinsurance operations /li liInternational work experience across multiple regulatory jurisdictions /li liProficiency in additional languages beyond German and English /li /ul pFor Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 170'000 CHF and 254'000 CHF for a full‑time role. /p pThe specific salary offered considers: /p p• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role /p p• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience /p pIn the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
