About the role

We are looking for an HR Support Specialist to join our Nyon office as a key member of the HR team.

Reporting to the HR Nyon Campus Lead, you will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the HR Nyon Campus Lead, HR Business Partners, and People Experience Partners. You will contribute to the delivery of global and local HR activities for Haleon Consumer Healthcare in Nyon and help promote Haleon’s “Win as One” culture through close collaboration within the HR community.

Key Responsibilities

• You will provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support to the HR Business Leader, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and People Experience Partners (PEPs), without direct interaction with line managers.

• You will support global HR processes (Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits) by coordinating exclusively with HR stakeholders.

• You will prepare, draft, and manage HR documentation and correspondence (e.g., employment letters, contract amendments, confirmations, administrative letters) on behalf of the HR teams.

• You will develop HR presentations and support the preparation of materials for HR meetings, committees, and internal HR forums.

• You will support HR communications by contributing to written materials, presentations, and HR‑related content under HR guidance.

• You will manage HR administration across the entire employee life cycle, acting as an internal HR support function.

• You will support the maintenance and regular updates of the HR Community Page and HR documentation.

• You will lead and support specific global and local HR-related projects as assigned by HR leadership.

What we expect from you

• You are fluent in English and you have a good working knowledge of French.

• You have 2–3 years of experience in an HR role, ideally in an international or fast‑paced environment.

• You are ready and available to join us for a 6‑month fixed‑term opportunity

• You have a solid working knowledge of IT tools and HR systems (e.g., Microsoft applications, SAP, PeopleSoft).

• You demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

• You bring an analytical and curious mindset, adopting a continuous‑improvement approach to HR processes.
