You will design and implement advanced PLM and Portfolio solutions, drive performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to business development in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. /ppbYour key responsibilities /b /pullibDeliver PLM Transformation /bbr/Lead end-to-end PLM projects (Innovation Management) to optimize service levels, inventory, and productivity. /lilibImplement PLM and Innovation tool /bbr/Deploy and integrate leading platforms such asSAP PLM, CENTRIC, Service Now, MSFT Platformbs /b ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact. /lilibDrive Performance Improvement /bbr/Execute major programs focused ontime to market, Innovation Management, Portfolio optimization etc., leveraging best practices and analytics. /lilibApply Advanced Analytics /bbr/UsePython, optimization algorithms, and data science techniques to enhance Innovation Management accuracy and decision-making. /lilibIndustry Expertise /bbr/Develop solutions tailored to the needs of consumer goods, food beverage, cosmetics, wine spirits, and industrial products by adapting methodologies and best practices to each sector’s unique challenges. /lilibDrive Business Growth /bbr/Lead business development efforts including proposal creation, solution storytelling, client presentations, and relationship building with middle and senior leaders to expand service offerings. /lilibEnsure High‑Quality Project Delivery /bbr/Monitor performance, maintain delivery excellence, and translate complex business requirements into actionable workplans, supporting adoption and long‑term sustainability. /li /ulpbWhat we look for /b /pulli7+ years in consulting or project‑driven roles within Product Lifecycle Management, Innovation, and Supply Chain transformation, with proven leadership in multi‑country programs. /liliHands‑on experience with PPM, Specification Management, and Product Master Data Management tools (e.g., SAP PLM, MDG, ERP, PIM), with strong capabilities in process design, requirements mapping, and RFP support, as well as a solid understanding of end‑to‑end product development, data governance, and solution architecture. /liliBachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field, advanced analytical or process‑engineering skills strongly valued. /liliDemonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact, including improvements in innovation throughput, accelerating time‑to‑market, portfolio management and operational productivity. /liliExperience driving programs across Latin America and serving as the primary interface between regional and global teams. /liliProven ability to identify opportunities, drive business development, and effectively influence senior stakeholders within complex client environments. /liliExcellent client‑facing skills with the ability to synthesize complexity, influence global decision‑makers, and facilitate alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Marketing, and corporate leadership. /liliFluency in English and Portuguese. /liliWillingness to travel regionally and globally. /liliNice to have: Knowledge of PG IWS methodology. /li /ulpbWhat’s in it for you /b /ppHere at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
