An international organization operating multiple sites in Switzerland is looking for a structured and proactive Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support a senior executive and assist with several operational projects.
This temporary assignment will focus on coordinating projects, supporting executive operations, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple teams and locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports and presentations
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across several departments and locations
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, and follow up on deliverables
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates
• Support operational initiatives related to organizational processes and systems
Profile
• 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in complex environments
• Experience working on projects or cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
• Highly structured, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Assignment Details
• Temporary assignment, initially 3–4 months
• Based in Zurich, with occasional travel to different sites
• Start ASAP
• Day rate to be discussed – depending on experience
