Job profile

  • Independently managing and overseeing client relationships in relation to administrative, banking, and legal structures as part of daily operations
  • Collaborating to identify cash needs and availability for clients’ entities to facilitate commitments or investments
  • Monitoring transaction maturities, controlling inflows and outflows, and gathering relevant background information
  • Ensuring diligent execution of all steps in the investment subscription process for direct investments, such as private equities and hedge funds (e.g., initial subscription, capital calls, and distributions), while coordinating with fund administrators, fund managers, custodians, legal advisors, and directors on KYC-related queries
  • Maintaining and updating loan schedules and organizational charts for companies
  • Communicating and coordinating with service providers, trustees, lawyers, and banks
  • Managing the onboarding of new clients, including :

a. Supporting the Client Management Team Head in administrative tasks such as gathering KYC information, preparing contracts, and organizing client acceptance meetings

b. Preparing bank account opening forms, coordinating the signature process with clients, and processing forms with custodian banks

  • Coordinating and executing updates, changes in circumstances, and closures of client (banking) relationships
  • Assisting the Head of Client Management Team in project implementation
  • Acting as a deputy to the Head of Client Management Team
  • Handling execution-related tasks, including completing, printing, scanning, drafting, filing, and dispatching documents or contracts
  • Requirements

  • Extensive experience in client administration and account management
  • Basic understanding of trust business practices and / or familiarity with the finance industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English and German; knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in multicultural and multilingual environments
  • Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly organized and efficient in work processes
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
