E-Commerce Content & Campaign Specialist

Reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce, the E-commerce Content & Campaign Specialist will play a key global role in the activities of production and execution of digital campaigns across owned digital channels. The primary objective of the role is to oversee the full content production lifecycle, coordinating all production steps, aligning stakeholders and ensuring that all milestones, timelines and quality standards are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in collaboration with the Head of eCommerce to execute the Go to Market plan and ensure that development of digital content plan has global consistency and local relevancy
• Lead and coordinate digital content production and ensure seamless launch of Campaigns on Guess website
• Integrate ecommerce, marketing, retail and marketplace feedback to address market needs and contribute to Go to Market execution
• Tracking content production on ticketing system to ensure delivery of each project
• Coordinate testing processes in digital content releases on the websites
• Facilitate interactions across multiple teams (e.g. Merchandising, Email marketing, Digital media, Marketplace), collect business requirements and curate digital content execution accordingly

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communications.
• Proven experience as a project manager in ecommerce or a digital content role, e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to details and and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for visual communication, photography and design is key.
• Understanding of UX experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Positive attitude, collaborative team player, and able to work independently when required.
