THE ROLE
As a Senior Project Manager / Consultant CE / CRM , you will lead customer engagement and CRM transformation initiatives from initial discovery through to go-live and handover.
You will take responsibility for both delivery and customer advisory , acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders across business and IT.
Your responsibilities include :
Leading CE / CRM digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365Owning project and program management, including scope, budget, resources, timelines, and qualityCoordinating internal teams and external partner companies in complex engagementsAdvising customers on CRM processes, sales organisations, and customer engagement strategiesApplying best practices and real-world use cases to deliver scalable solutionsCommunicating confidently with stakeholders from operational teams to executive managementSupporting presales activities with delivery and domain expertiseTHE CANDIDATE
You are an experienced consultant or project manager with a strong background in CRM and customer engagement solutions , ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
You bring :
5–10 years of experience in IT project management and / or consultingProven experience delivering CE / CRM projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service)Excellent stakeholder and expectation management skillsA hands-on, pragmatic working style with a strong sense of ownershipClear and confident communication skills at all levelsA customer-first mindset focused on delivering business valueFluency in German and English (spoken and written)High motivation, curiosity, and interest in new technologiesNICE TO HAVE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
Experience with the Microsoft Power PlatformExposure to large-scale or multi-vendor transformation programsProject management or Microsoft certificationsExperience in regulated or enterprise environmentsSALARY PACKAGE : €100-140,000 + benefits
