Senior Life Reserving Actuary

Oliver James are currently partnering with an exciting Reinsurer who are seeking a skilled Reserving Actuary to join their experienced and motivated Life Reinsurance Function. Whilst supporting on an international portfolio, you will regularly liaise with senior management and the wider reinsurance unit. Responsibilities : Participate in the IFRS17 analysis for group-consolidation Life Reserving in accordance with Local GAAP Prepare and support the quarterly life reserving Supporting the wider Reinsurance function across global Life projects Experience : 5+ years Life (Re)insurance experience - preferably in Reserving Strong knowledge of IFRS17, SII and Local GAAP Relevant University Degree alongside being a Fellow of an Actuarial Association Strong written and verbal communication in English, with an additional European language being an advantage Should this position be of interest to you, please feel free to reach out directly to. #J-18808-Ljbffr
