Role Overview :
As a Customer Support Specialist , you’ll handle customer inquiries and resolve issues exclusively through email and live chat—no phone support required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, timely communication (no phone calls needed)
- Moderate user-generated content, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Detect and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to maintain a secure online environment
- Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately for record-keeping
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
- Provide detailed, accurate information using the best tools and resources
- Achieve personal and team performance goals
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver seamless support
- Attend training sessions to ensure compliance with moderation guidelines
- Support multiple workflows, clients, and markets as required
Requirements :
