Role Overview :

As a Customer Support Specialist , you’ll handle customer inquiries and resolve issues exclusively through email and live chat—no phone support required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, timely communication (no phone calls needed)
  • Moderate user-generated content, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
  • Detect and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to maintain a secure online environment
  • Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately for record-keeping
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
  • Provide detailed, accurate information using the best tools and resources
  • Achieve personal and team performance goals
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver seamless support
  • Attend training sessions to ensure compliance with moderation guidelines
  • Support multiple workflows, clients, and markets as required

Requirements :

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
