Corporate & Internal Communications Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated communications manager to join our Communication team. This person will be responsible for creating and developing a number of communications projects, both new and existing initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping La Prairie’s voice both internally and externally, ensuring consistent and impactful communication across all channels and enhancing the employee experience. The position will report to the Global VP Communication & Image.

How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact

• INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
• Develop and execute an innovative, end-to-end digital Onboarding experience for all employees, globally to reflect the core values of the company and standardize the process for all new joiners.
• Manage and enhance the internal company online portal (the employees’ intranet site) and coordinate contributions from across the business.
• Support the HR department in the delivery of video materials for all Global HR team initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive measurement of HR communications activity and produce a reporting dashboard.
• Support the digital roll-out of the Diversity & Inclusion agenda across the company.
• Support the organization of Internal Events (Worldwide meetings…)
• CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
• Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility via all channels (Corporate media, Linkedin…), in full alignment with the Group Corporate strategy.
• Manage media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating interviews.
• Oversee the creation of corporate presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align corporate messaging with brand campaigns.
• Manage crisis communication at a Global level.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
