Hitachi Energy offers a full range of dry-type transformers with primary voltages of 72.5 kV built according to all major standards, including IEC and ANSI.

Create technical tenders for dry-type transformers plus inductors according to customer specifications. The secondary objective is to provide sales and customers with a medium level of technical support and act as a link between sales and engineering.

Your responsibilities

Tender ownership

Support other dry transformer bid and proposal teams during peak load

Compile Fragmented tender data required to build a successful customer tender

Work with various tools used for data entry to provide end to end deal lifecycle visibility

Work in complex functional matrix organization and take accountability for your work

Maintain internal and external communication with various stakeholders

Your Background

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in tendering

A Degree in Engineering is preferred but not a must-have

Fluent in Italian and English

Experience with Transformers is a big plus

Ability to operate in a multicultural environment

Very good interpersonal and communication skills

Work under pressure and deadlines
