What is my function? Our customer needs an Office and
Administration Assistant who will be the central hub of their
dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include : - Managing a
dynamic office administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day
business - Managing facility operations and vendor relationships -
Processing purchase orders and handling vendor invoices -
Supporting with the organization of internal events and company
meetings - Welcoming guests and acting as central point of contact
for the team - Handling versatile administrative duties, and
keeping filing systems up to date - Maintaining office supplies and
coordinating mail services - occasional support with smaller
projects What do I need to be successful? - Commercial background
or comparable qualification - Proven experience in office
management or similar administrative role - Experience with
processing purchase orders and vendor invoices and basic financial
administration is a plus - Strong organizational skills and ability
to manage multiple tasks - Excellent English and German
communication skills - Proactive hands-on approach to
problem-solving - Friendly and professional demeanor with team
members and guests - Ability to work independently and take
initiative - Strong attention to detail and team player mentality
