Aufgaben

Analysis and evaluation of the processes of distribution and regulations of investment funds in the cross-border area / Ensuring compliance with distribution licenses for Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Ireland, etc. / Ensuring updating of country-specific compliance lists as well as fund documentation, investor information, financial reports, regulatory reporting, etc. / Contact person to FINMA for the registration of investment funds as well as representant of foreign investment funds in Switzerland to FINMA / Point of contact for internal stakeholders or investors or fund managers for regulatory questions regarding onboarding of fund manager, KYC / AML, tax compliance, due diligence of funds, etc. / Support of the specialist teams in contract management and preparation of regulatory reports / Maintenance of fund documents, contracts, minutes or preparation of general meetings, etc. / Situational ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Bachelor in Business Law or Paralegal / Experience in a similar generalist function in connection with funds and or distribution / Generalist knowledge of fund contracts and compliance (KYC / AML, Cross Border, UCITS, etc.) / Dynamic all-rounder personality with organizational talent and enjoyment of independent, results-oriented work / High level of professionalism towards internal and external stakeholders / Eloquent communication skills and pleasant manners / IT flair and MS Office skills / Fluent in German and English.
