INTRODUCTION :
On behalf of an international mid-size company based in Morges , we are searching for a
Customer Support Coordinator English / German or English / Italian
Long Temporary Assignment in order to reinforce the Department
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION :
- You are accountable for managing requests from both direct and distributor customers within the EIMEA region
- You coordinate front-line logistics operations ensuring the proper distribution and transporation of service spare parts in the ERP system
- You answer and dispatch calls and e-mails during scheduling shifts (7 am-7pm)
- You create work orders for all incoming requests
- You support the ordering of parts and track them until arrival on site
- You manage day-to-day logistics issues with the service team and carriers
- You transact inventory movements in the ERP system
- You oversee service agreements activities including setup systems, approval follow-up and reporting (KPIs)
- You manage new customers and support GDP user training and activities related to onboarding in systems
PROFIL ATTENDU :
At least 2-3 years' experience in Customer and / or Logistics support role within an international environmentFluent in English with very good command of German or Italian (excellent verbal and written communication skills)Customer service oriented, can work under pressure and stressful situationsGood knowledge of and ERP, SAP is an assetFlexible for scheduling shiftsAvalaible immediatly
