As a legal administrative assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the legal team in Bern;
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence;
- Maintain and organize files, records, and schedules;
- Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings;
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations;
- Handle communication with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
As a legal administrative assistant, you have the following profile :
- Training in administration or a related field;
- Experience in a law firm;
- Fluent in French and German; fluency in English is an asset;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Good command of office software and tools;
- Attention to detail and rigor in your work.
