Field Clinical Specialist Neuromodulation (m / f / d)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Active support during operations and follow-up examinations
  • Primary contact person for technical and product-related questions and problems
  • Organization and implementation of customer training and congress visits
  • Maintaining active customer relationships and building new ones
  • Supporting our sales team and the marketing department
  • Exchange of information with Sales and the Customer Service department

YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

  • Successfully completed training as a nurse or a comparable activity such as OTA / MTA with corresponding professional experience or successfully completed studies in medical technology or a comparable course of study
  • Professional experience in the field of medicine and / or medical technology
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Strong customer orientation, strong communication skills and reliability
  • Experienced with the MS Office package
  • Business fluent / Native French skills, very good written and spoken English and at least basic German skills
  • Great flexibility, e.g. in terms of willingness to travel, ideally with residence in western Switzerland
