Job description :
- Monitor and manage the consolidated budget, working closely with key stakeholders (e.g., IT, Finance).
- Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and memos showing current and forecasted budget figures.
- Support the annual budget cycle and ensure the accuracy of budget reports.
- Deliver finance and budget management training to relevant teams.
- Support contract managers with procurement-related processes (e.g., requisitions) and apply best practices.
- Provide financial analysis to highlight risks and opportunities; recommend or facilitate budget reallocation when needed and approved.
- Assist with selected tax administration tasks.

Requirements :
Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or similar; professional finance / accounting certification (e.g., CPA) is an advantage.Minimum five years' experience in budgeting and finance (e.g., FP&A), including budget and resource coordination for projects.Strong Excel skills and IT competency, with data entry or accounting systems.Fluent English (spoken and written).Foundational knowledge or experience in financial markets.
